Yes. Sara Gallo Custom Jewelers works by private consultation so Sara can meet with you one-on-one and give your project the time it deserves. Booking ahead ensures there is dedicated time to talk through your idea, review stones or heirloom jewelry, and discuss budget, timeline, and next steps.
Where is the studio located?

Where should I park?
The easiest option is the Prince Street Garage, located immediately across the street from the studio. Sara Gallo Custom Jewelers validates parking at the Prince Street Garage for in person consultation appointments.
What should I bring to my consultation?
Bring anything that helps Sara understand what you want to create. This might include heirloom jewelry, loose stones, inspiration images, notes about your style, ring size information, budget considerations, or an important date you are planning around. You do not need defined designs, your thoughts and inspiration are the perfect place to start.
How long does a consultation take?
Most consultations are scheduled for about an hour. Some appointments may be shorter or longer depending on the project, especially if you are bringing heirloom jewelry, comparing stones, planning around a proposal date, or exploring several design directions.
Can I start the process if I am not local to Lancaster?
Yes. Local clients are welcome to meet in person at the Lancaster studio, and remote consultations are also available. If you are outside the area, Sara can still help you begin the custom design process virtually.
